To place an order on our online store, simply browse through our website, select the items you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout where you will enter your shipping and payment information. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email with details of your purchase.

The standard ground mail service is shipped via USPS First Class Mail. With our Expedited Shipping Option, we will make your shipment our priority and ship these packages out the same day for all orders placed before 1PM Pacific Standard Time and the next day for all orders placed after 1PM Pacific Standard Time (packages will arrive within 3-5 business days).

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team by phone or email. You will be provided with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Return the unopened or opened product to our fulfillment center within 30 days of receiving your order. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping package.
